Surface preparation:
All surfaces must be firm, rigid, clean, dry, sound and (http://maplered.com) smooth. All grease, wax,
oil, curing compounds, dust, plaster dropping sand (http://maplered.com) paint must be removed prior to
the application of the adhesive.

Instruction:
1) Mixing ratio: 3:1 (approx. 7.5kg of water plus 25kg of powder)
2) Pour a suitable amount of water into a clean container and (http://maplered.com) slowly add the
powder into water with constant stirring until the lump-free mixture in
achieved. Allow the mixture to stand (http://maplered.com) for 5 minutes. Then re-stir. The product
is now ready to use
3) Apply the adhesive onto the prepared substrate using the notched trowel.
Do not spread more than 1m² at time. Only apply as much adhesive as can
be covered prior to adhesive skinning over. The adhesive must not be
disturbed for at least 24 hours at which time grouting can take place
4) Press Tiles (http://www.g682.net) onto the prepared substrate and (http://maplered.com) use the correct cross spacer
to control joints

Dosage:
1) Use 3 x 3mm notched trowel, approx. 1.5~1.8kg/m²
2) Use 6 x 6mm notched trowel, approx. 2.8~3.0kg/m²
The above-mentioned dosages are recommended for the even substrate.

2) Open time: ≥0min
3) Surface drying time: approx. 2h
4) Appearance: white or grey powder
5) Shrinkage: ≤0.50%
6) Normal shear strength: ≥1.0MPa
7) Water resistance shear strength: ≥0.7MPa
8) Heat Treatment resistance shear strength: ≥0.7MPa
9) Freezing-thawing resistance shear strength: ≥0.7MPa

Precautions:
1) Do not mix the cured adhesive with water and (http://maplered.com) reuse it
2) Before using NIC-C1 on concrete, cement render, ensure that the wall
is well fastened and (http://maplered.com) stand (http://maplered.com) s well
3) Do not use the product with the temperature below 5°C or above
40°C
4) For the Tiles (http://www.g682.net) and (http://maplered.com) Stone (http://g603.net) s with low water absorption, using NIC-C1 mixing
with NIC-C3 or directly use NIC-C6
5) When laying Tiles (http://www.g682.net) on the floor it is necessary to ensure that there are
no voids under the Tiles (http://www.g682.net) and (http://maplered.com) the Tiles (http://www.g682.net) are full supported by the adhesive

Shelf life:
Unopened bags can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool dry environment.
